How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery information and submit your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

How should I store rice?

Store rice in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. White rice can last indefinitely when stored properly, while brown rice is best used within 6 months.

What's the difference between rice types?

Different rice varieties have unique flavors, textures, and uses. Jasmine is fragrant and slightly sticky, Basmati is long-grain and fluffy, Brown rice is nutritious with a nutty flavor, and specialty rices like Black or Wild rice offer unique colors and nutrients.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
